Maintenance Technician / Van Driver
Job Summary
At Cumberland Nursing and Rehab, we are committed to Serving with Pride and providing exceptional care to our residents. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician / Van Driver to join our team. As a key member of our facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our environment, while providing safe and reliable transportation for our residents.
Responsibilities
Perform routine technical support in environmental services, including making preventive maintenance rounds, logging equipment checks and tests, and performing regular repairs and replacements
Conduct outdoor maintenance and cosmetic repairs, and perform all required general and/or specific maintenance tasks
Provide safe and reliable transportation for residents to and from appointments and activities
Attend training sessions and education classes to maintain and enhance quality of care
Follow established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean environment
Ensure residents arrive at appointments on time and in a safe manner
Requirements
High school graduate or GED equivalent
1-2 years related experience
Good driving record
