What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing preventative maintenance on metalworking machines and material handling equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues quickly and effectively
• Fabricating replacement parts and small components as needed
• Dismantling and rebuilding machinery for repairs or upgrades
• Conducting safety audits on equipment to ensure compliance
• Welding, electrical wiring, and some PLC programming tasks
• Assisting with small fabrication projects and equipment upgrades

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• At least 2 years of related maintenance experience
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with welding, electrical wiring, and basic PLC programming
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
