We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves maintaining a variety of equipment and ensuring safe, efficient operation.
Key responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate repairs.
Maintain compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards.
Collaborate with team members and communicate work status effectively.
Document maintenance activities and update equipment logs.
Required qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in tight, noisy, and dirty environments.
Ability to lift 15 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Proficiency in maintenance procedures and interpreting blueprints/schematics.
Nice to have
Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
OSHA safety certification or related safety training.
Familiarity with PLCs, automation systems, or basic electrical controls.
Basic welding or metal fabrication skills.
