    Position: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift
    Location: Twinsburg, OH (On-site)
    Schedule: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Up to $37.00 per hour depending on experience)

    Job Summary:
    Responsible for performing a wide range of skilled mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to support manufacturing operations and plant facility needs. This is a hands-on, moderately physical role that requires diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions
    • Determine and implement effective repair procedures to prevent recurrence
    • Navigate and interpret ladder logic using SLC 500, PLC 5, and ControlLogix systems for troubleshooting
    • Modify positions and diagnose faults on ABB robots (Models: M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700)
    • Install, relocate, and align new and existing manufacturing equipment
    • Set up and operate machine shop equipment with moderate accuracy and efficiency
    • Perform gas and electric welding tasks as needed
    • Complete machine repair records and maintain clean, organized work areas
    • Execute preventive and proactive maintenance routines
    • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or team leader

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance involving Allen Bradley, hydraulics, robotics, and welding
    • Proficient in troubleshooting die casting machine cells using PLC systems and both electrical and hydraulic schematics
    • Experience with ABB robot programming and diagnostics
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and diagrams
    • Strong working knowledge of both gas and electric welding techniques

    Education Requirements:

    • Completion of technical/vocational training or some college coursework in relevant fields (certification or equivalent)
