SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining and repairing furniture, equipment, fixtures, walls, minor construction, and general maintenance of Resort property and other associated properties.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
- Maintains and repairs furniture, plumbing equipment, fixtures, walls, etc.
- Performs minor construction, painting and installation of electrical circuitry.
- Performs remodeling jobs such as: sheet rock installation, custom cabinet work, table games repair and minor equipment repairs as required.
- Basic understanding of liquid propane kitchen equipment preferred.
- Basic understanding of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration preferred.
- Sheet rock finishing and wall paper repair preferred.
- Comprehension of blueprints and schematics preferred.
- Performs maintenance on drainage pipes up to, and including, the clearing of clogs.
- Provides professional, courteous and cordial service to all Team Members and Guests.
- Safely operates various power and hand tools.
- Performs duties in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
