General Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining company properties through assessing and troubleshooting basic repairs, periodic servicing, painting, cleaning, and grounds keeping.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education - High school diploma or GED.
Experience - At least three (3) years experience in general building maintenance and facilities management. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
