    Overview

    The Maintenance Technician is responsible for for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment
    • Maintenance of natural gas and liquids separation & filtration systems
    • Troubleshooting and repair of condensate stabilization and amine treating systems
    • Operation and maintenance of turbine, reciprocating, and screw compression systems
    • Regular interface with instrumentation & electrical technician, plant operator, engineering, control room, supply chain, management, environmental, and safety teams

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in gas processing or related industry

    • Must live with 45 minutes from Three Rivers, TX and Runge, TX.

    • High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree or Technical training preferred.

    • Valid US Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.

    • Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, MVR, agility and fit for duty.

    • Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending stooping is required.

    • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.

    • Understanding of importance of environmental and safe work practices.

    • Ability to:Work independently in a fast-paced environment, Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with minimal supervision, Read and interpret technical documents such as manuals, schematics, and P&IDs and Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

    • Familiarity with:Mechanical systems and rotating equipment, Standard safety and operational procedures in oil and gas environments.

    • Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and respond to callouts or emergencies as needed
