Duties:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Ten years of industrial multi-craft floor maintenance experience
- Multicraft Electrical / Mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with various types of machine and facility repairs
- Ability to provide process training for maintenance team members and production team leaders when needed
- Candidate must have demonstrated strong leadership skills in work history

Position Requirements:
- Make daily assignments and distribute them to maintenance members; manage production floor machine breakdown job assignments.
- Assist with data tracking of daily downtime and shift communication
- Daily communication with the General Manager, Manager, and Engineering when necessary
- Identify machine breakdown trends and implement countermeasure plans to prevent recurrences where possible
- Assist with preventative maintenance planning
- Help organize effective measures to obtain critical spare part inventory and help simplify tool crib parts identification.
- J D Edwards data entry
- Handle daily personnel issues and disciplinary actions
- Conduct all daily operations in a consistent and fair manner
- Emphasize the importance of teamwork, 5S, and promote a safe teamwork environment
- Work with contractors when required and follow up on their job completion
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
