Maintenance Technician

One of our clients is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Stockton, CA location to support their manufacturing operations

Pay Rate : $25/hr - $35/hr

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Assist with installation and setup of new machinery and equipment
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience troubleshooting PLC systems is a plus

• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

• Basic welding and fabrication skills

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
