We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician in Stamping to join our dynamic team in Roseville, MI.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on stamping machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new stamping equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a stamping or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
