What You'll Do
- Complete maintenance service requests quickly and professionally
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building components
- Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain community amenities, grounds, and common areas
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents every day
What We're Looking For
- Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience required
- HVAC experience required
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple service requests
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and basic hand tools
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality and resident satisfaction
