We are seeking a Maintenance Technician Site Lead in Carnegie, PA
Position Requirements:
* Lead the daily maintenance operations for the property while supporting nearby communities as needed
* Coordinate and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion
* Oversee manufactured homes turnovers, working with maintenance staff and outside vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget
* Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules
* Perform general maintenance repairs, including; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
* Work closely with property managers, residents, and vendors to provide outstanding customer service
* Coordinate snow removal, grounds care, and other exterior maintenance when needed
* Participate in an on-call emergency maintenance rotation and respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues
* Maintain clean, organized maintenance shops and storage areas
* Attend company meetings and training opportunities
* Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
* Previous maintenance experience; preferably in manufactured housing, multifamily, or residential property management
* Strong working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
* Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate staff and vendors
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
* Must have a reliable personal truck for business use. Mileage and authorized business use are reimbursed pursuant to company policy.
* OSHA 10-Hour Construction & Safety Certification, or the ability to obtain certification
* Commitment to following all company safety procedures and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment
