ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Basic understanding of energy sources and services; mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical (industrial, multi-phase), electronic, HVAC, and plumbing.
Develop, implement, or evaluate maintenance policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers, lawn mowers, and small hand tools.
Conducts required building and operations inspections that are deemed production disruptions during non-operation hours.
Submits requisitions for contracting services and materials as required.
Other duties as assigned with or without accommodations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be proficient in English (communication & reading).
Knowledge of production and inspection policies, processes, procedures, and inspection equipment.
Strong manual dexterity, hand eye coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift or push weights up to 50 pounds.
Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisor regarding all aspects of the job.
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
Adheres to and promotes all company policy.
Strong commitment and ability to follow safety rules and procedures and utilize safety equipment.
Ability to work safely and cooperatively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and outside contractors.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
