JOB SUMMARY
Starting Rate: $29.50
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on a wide range of machinery and mobile equipment used in material handling, metal fabrication, and the assembly of road construction equipment and trailers. This role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, availability, and uptime through timely completion of maintenance activities and work orders. In addition, the Maintenance Technician performs general facility maintenance to support safe and efficient operations.
Senior Maintenance Technicians are expected to demonstrate advanced-level troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise across a broad range of equipment. They play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing preventive maintenance programs, and supporting the development of apprentices through hands-on training and mentorship.
