Responsibilities 

• Conduct maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Resolve problems to office spaces windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Ability to do residential repairs when needed 
• Keep a daily record record of what was done

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems a plus 
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
