Maintenance Technician

Experienced on-site maintenance person to assist with the daily operation of the apartment community.  HVAC experience and EPA certification needed.  General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting required. 

Previous experience in the multifamily industry is a plus.

Rent-free apartment included with salary package.

Preparing apartments for move-ins (make readys/turns).  Completing maintenance requests and work order tickets, servicing and cleaning the pool and spa, and general upkeep of the property.
