Job Description:
Job Summary
Under the direction of and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing buildings and equipment of Cal Poly Partners’ including, but not limited to electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, and automotive maintenance and repairs. This position will be required to work off-site at Harvest Lofts and other locations as required. This position is considered an emergency or time sensitive repair function. Evaluation of operational needs and good time management skills are key traits of this position. The maintenance technician will also coordinate services of outside contractors to ensure all repairs and services are provided pursuant to applicable codes, standards, and timelines.
