Description
Immediately hiring Maintenance Technicians for a large manufacturing plant on the southside of San Antonio.
Job Details:
Pay is up to $30/hr. based on experience.
Shifts: 6:15 AM – 6:30 PM & 6:15 PM – 6:30 AM.
Duties:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot motors, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, relays, conveyors, and pumps.
Troubleshoot CNC, automated production, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Maintain work orders and maintenance records.
Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing production machinery and systems.
Locate and identify faults and/or hazards, repair as required.
Wire, build, and modify electrical control panels according to schematics and engineering drawings.
Inspect, test, and replace transformers, breakers, fuses, and wiring harnesses.

Requirements:
2-4+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred. More experienced technicians are encouraged to apply.
