Maintenance Technician

Job Duties:

• Experience using hand and power tools, electrical equipment, and ladders safely
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong basic math and measurement skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Well-organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred
