    HiFyve is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry in St. Louis, MO!


    Salary: $31 - $36.50/hour + company-paid benefits for employee and family

    Shift: Union environment – set schedule, but must be flexible to start on any shift

    Location: St. Louis, MO


    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production and facility equipment to maximize uptime and ensure smooth operations.
    • Troubleshoot and repair systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, 3-phase motors, and variable speed drives.
    • Diagnose issues using electrical test equipment, schematics, and PLCs.
    • Fabricate, install, and modify equipment and systems as needed for production support.
    • Rebuild and replace electrical and mechanical components to meet safety and performance standards.
    • Communicate clearly with other shifts and maintenance leadership to ensure continuity of work.
    • Support plant-wide safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with housekeeping standards.


    Education Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 3-phase power and heavy industrial wiring
    • Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
    • Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, hoists, and variable speed drives
    • Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and technical manuals
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
    • Proficient with computers and Windows-based systems
    • Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
