Currently Seeking a Maintenance Technician!
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing issues with manufacturing equipment and performing necessary repairs. This role also includes general building maintenance and repairs.
Position Requirements:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
- Carry out various plumbing and carpentry tasks
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, digital voltmeters (DVM), and material handling equipment
- Identify and resolve electrical issues as they arise
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance processes
- Previous experience working on manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, welding machines, laser machines, press brakes, forklifts, etc. preferred
- Critical thinking ability to troubleshoot and identify malfunctions
- Knowledge of safety procedures and precautions
- Preferred previous technical experience
Physical Demands:
- Individual must be able to move, lift, carry up to 65lb.
- Work environment includes exposure to humidity, heat, and cold in a warehouse setting
- Must be willing and able to walk 4-5 miles per shift
