What You'll Do
- Complete apartment service requests and repairs
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
- Help maintain community grounds and amenities
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC experience with EPA Certification (required)
- Pool experience required (CPO preferred)
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent resident service
