Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, addressing repairs, and ensuring that all facilities meet safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
•  Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.
• Perform routine tasks such as painting, carpentry, and flooring repairs.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials; order as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with property improvements and renovations as required.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activity.
