Description

Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift
Location: Reynolds, IN
Pay: $26/hr
Temp-to-Hire | 3rd Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am, OT as needed

Pro Resources is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for an exciting opportunity with a growing manufacturing facility in Reynolds, IN. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. This is a 3rd shift position that offers long-term potential with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and production equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete corrective repairs
  • Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and documentation
  • Maintain tools, parts inventory, and maintenance records
  • Support facility upkeep including equipment, building, and grounds maintenance
  • Perform predictive diagnostics on operational equipment
  • Follow all safety, food safety, and maintenance procedures
  • Help maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–4 years of maintenance experience preferred
  • Experience working with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or production equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and prints
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with grain handling or packaging equipment is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Must be comfortable working around moving machinery, loud environments, and industrial equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
