In this hands-on technical position, youll troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize complex production systems using a mix of traditional craftsmanship and modern predictive technologies. Youll be a key contributor to minimizing downtime, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a culture of reliability and innovation in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
Join our warehouse team! As a Maintenance Technician, you will support daily operations by:
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on critical production equipment
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with speed and precision
- Support planned shutdowns, emergency breakdowns, and production priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Perform general facility support tasks.
- Report any food safety or quality concerns immediately
