Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-based systems in an industrial manufacturing environment. You will support production by minimizing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient facility. Openings are available on 2nd and 3rd shift, with every other weekend work on 1st shift.
Responsibilities
+ Perform electro-mechanical maintenance on all plant equipment and facilities, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
+ Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace components on industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics to identify issues and determine effective repair strategies.
+ Troubleshoot PLC systems, including platforms such as Allen-Bradley and Siemens, to resolve control and automation issues.
+ Apply maintenance knowledge to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize waste across the facility.
+ Respond quickly and effectively to machine downtime events, working with a strong sense of urgency.
+ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to extend equipment life and prevent unplanned failures.
+ Conduct electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on high-voltage systems, including 480V and 3-phase power.
+ Carry out mechanical maintenance, including fabrication, welding, and mechanical repairs as needed.
Essential Skills
+ At least 5–7 years of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
+ Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including both electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
+ Strong electro-mechanical maintenance skills, including work on complex industrial machinery.
+ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
+ Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems, including high-level electrical work up to 480V.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
