    HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician!


    Starting Pay $28 - $35/hr (depending on experience)

    Shift: Nights (M-W 6pm-6am & Th 6pm - 11:30pm)

    Location: Randolph, WI Area


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations on facility and production equipment
    • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems
    • Complete maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner
    • Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
    • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and diagnostic instruments
    • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools
    • Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
    • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance standards, and company policies
    • Document maintenance activities and repair records accurately
    • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency


    Education Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Vocational training, technical schooling, or related maintenance certifications preferred


    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
    • Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience preferred
    • Experience working with HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and facility systems preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, technical documents, and operating procedures
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
    • Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and work orders
    • Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment and tools
    • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
