Licensure: Not Applicable Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience: 3 Years Construction Required - Or 3 Years Facilities Maintenance Required - Or 3 Years HVAC Maintenance Required - Or 3 Years Plumbing Required - Or 3 Years Electrician Required - Or 3 Years Carpenter Required Overview: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance of assigned properties to include: general repairs, preventive maintenance, delivery of equipment, coordination of work between the user and Engineering department and/or outside contractors.
