Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
Lead the maintneance team in all mechanical and electrical repairs
Work on Industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, clylinders, bearings, cabinets, PLCs, and other automation.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
