Were seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at a thriving 370-unit apartment community in Pittsburgh, PA. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, wed love to meet you.

What Youll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond to service requests with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
• Maintain the communitys interior and exterior to company standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $21.00-$24.00 per hour
• $1000 sign on bonus
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Shared Renewal Commissions

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Paid rotating on-call schedule required

What Were Looking For:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to Morgans PRIDE values
