11:00pm-7:30am (M-F)

First Interview will be virtual
Second Interview will be onsite
3rd shift however first 90 days will be 1st shift (7-3:30pm)
Equipment: Swing reaches, forklift, scissor lift (will be trained on)

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintains building electrical system and heating and cooling equipment.
  • Performs maintenance or general carpentry on items such as doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, roof downspouts, product racks, materials handling equipment, etc.
  • Completes required reports when maintenance tasks are concluded.
  • Answers security alarm calls as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Technical School preferred.High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 3 years applicable direct experience in a similar position.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Skills in mathematics, personal computers and related applications are vital.Interpersonal and communication skills are important.Knowledge of HVAC systems required.
