Description
Duration: 0-6+ Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: 3rd Shift (First 90 days will be 1st shift (7: 00 AM - 3: 30 PM))
Job Description:
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains building electrical system and heating and cooling equipment.
- Performs maintenance or general carpentry on items such as doors, floors, docks, overhead doors, roof downspouts, product racks, materials handling equipment, etc.
- Completes required reports when maintenance tasks are concluded.
- Answers security alarm calls as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Technical School preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3 years’applicable direct experience in a similar position.
- Skills in mathematics, personal computers and related applications are vital.
- Interpersonal and communication skills are important.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems required.
