We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated
Day Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community in Panama City Beach.
Responsibilities:
- Unit turns and make-readies
- Painting and drywall patching
- Minor repairs and general maintenance
- Preparing vacant units for move-in
- Assisting with daily work orders
- General property upkeep and maintenance support
- Groundskeeping and lawn care assistance
- Trash pickup and maintaining curb appeal
- Maintaining clean and safe common areas
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience
- Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
- Lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
- Basic HVAC knowledge or apartment maintenance experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
- Friendly attitude with good customer service skills
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check
