    HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry in New Wilmington, PA!


    Salary: $29.50–$31.43/hr

    Shift: Full-Time (shift details to be discussed)

    Location: New Wilmington, PA

    About the Role

    This role is responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant operations, supporting equipment reliability and minimizing downtime in a manufacturing environment.


    Job Responsibilities

    • Program, troubleshoot, and operate PLCs, DCS, and interlocking systems
    • Perform electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs including motors, VFDs, breakers, and wiring
    • Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems
    • Service pumps including centrifugal, positive displacement, and diaphragm pumps
    • Perform welding and basic pipe fitting as needed
    • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
    • Utilize SAP CMMS to document maintenance activities
    • Support operators with troubleshooting to reduce downtime
    • Follow all safety policies and electrical codes

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma/GED or technical school required
    • Minimum 5 years of skilled industrial maintenance experience or comparable technical training
    • Strong electrical troubleshooting experience including VFDs, motors, contactors, and control systems
    • Knowledge of process piping, steam systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumps
    • Welding experience preferred
    • Experience in food or bottling manufacturing preferred
    • Ability to read and interpret simple to complex schematics and blueprints
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Basic math skills and computer proficiency
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
