Maintenance Technician Operations · USA - Tupelo

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs electrical and mechanical maintenance on old and new machines, plus maintenance of pneumatic & hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read electrical diagram for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with p.m. programs (identify, documentation, procedures).
• Able to work in cold or hot conditions while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to take instruction with a can do attitude, but willing to ask questions as needed.

Qualification & Education Requirements:

• Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or HVAC preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience - Relevant or similar experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Analytical Skills - Ability to read a plan and have the mental acuity to discern the proper procedure to follow for each unit.
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work safely, follow all safety rules and lead by example.
• Must be able to maintain good and regular attendance.
• Must be available for mandatory overtime.

Further Requirements:

• Knowledge of Control systems.
• Electrical experience.
• Ability to weld.
• Knowledge of different gases for welding/air compressors/cooling systems.
• Works well with others.
