The Opportunity

The Maintenance Technician Position is part of the Facilities Team. The Maintenance Technician maintains the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

What You’ll Do

  • Preparing Residents Rooms for new occupants
  • Handling general maintenance repair needs at the community.
  • Performing routine cleaning.
  • Using and maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment.
  • Maintaining the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards.
  • Working to problem solve, plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to ensure that projects are completed.
  • Keeping accurate maintenance records of work done.
  • Responsibilities include customer service, resident safety, maintenance, and communication.

What You’ll Bring

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens.
  • Familiarity with the TELs system a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of similar experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to stay organized and multi-task.
