Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance on production and facility equipment. This position will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, repair equipment, and help maintain maximum equipment efficiency while following all safety policies. Potential for fulltime employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment.
  • Maintain/repair conveyors, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps.
  • Perform high- and low-voltage electrical troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs and other electronic systems.
  • Monitor equipment to ensure proper and efficient operation.
  • Welding and fabrication as needed.
  • Identify problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Follow all company safety, health, and environmental policies.
  • Work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Complete training and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance.
  • Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and VFDs.
  • Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment and outdoors.
  • Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and changing shifts.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
