    Location: Morristown, TN

    Schedule: Nights | 2-2-3 Schedule | 6:45 PM-7:00 AM

    Employment Type: Full-Time

    Compensation: Competitive hourly wage + shift differential + quarterly bonus opportunities

    M2S Group is looking for an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our Iconex team in Morristown, TN.

    In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our production operation running safely and efficiently by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

    Your Schedule

    This position follows a 2-2-3 rotating schedule:

    Week 1

    • Monday & Tuesday: Work
    • Wednesday & Thursday: Off
    • Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Work

    Week 2

    • Monday & Tuesday: Off
    • Wednesday & Thursday: Work
    • Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Off

    Hours: 6:45 PM-7:00 AM

    Candidates must be comfortable working a 12-hour overnight schedule, including weekends as scheduled.

    What Youll Do

    As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will:

    • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot PLCs, automation systems, AC/DC motors, servo motors, and drive systems.
    • Troubleshoot equipment using electrical schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints.
    • Maintain and repair facility systems, including boilers, compressors, HVAC, and related equipment.
    • Fabricate, modify, and repair parts or equipment when needed.
    • Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
    • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
    • Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues across shifts.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    • Follow all company safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures.
    • Work collaboratively with production and other maintenance team members to support reliable operations.

    What Youll Bring

    Required Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    • Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
    • Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints.
    • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs in a production environment.
    • Willingness to work the assigned 2-2-3 overnight schedule.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs.
    • Experience troubleshooting AC, DC, and servo motors and drives.
    • Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical safety requirements.
    • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
    • Experience with boilers, compressors, HVAC, or other facility systems.
    • Welding, fabrication, machining, or other mechanical skills.
    • Experience using a CMMS maintenance system.
    • Microsoft Word or other basic computer experience.
    • Experience sourcing parts and managing maintenance materials.
