Maintenance Technician – Night Shift
Pay Rate: $30/hr

Advance Services is hiring for a Direct Hire opportunity with an international manufacturing leader seeking an Intermediate Maintenance Technician for a night shift position. This role is ideal for candidates with strong troubleshooting abilities, electrical experience, and a solid industrial maintenance background. You will be responsible for diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and supporting overall production operations.

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic experience
• Industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Ability to identify and repair equipment failures
• Industrial maintenance background
• Comfortable working night shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Experience with hydraulics, compressors, and industrial machinery preferred
• CNC equipment experience is a plus
