Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This individual will help minimize equipment downtime, support daily production operations, and ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with diagnosing equipment failures.
• Repair or replace worn or damaged components, including bearings, belts, motors, and other machine parts.
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting within the scope of training and experience.
• Maintain equipment through lubrication, adjustments, cleaning, and routine servicing.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist with restoring production operations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Document completed maintenance activities and report recurring equipment issues.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work closely with production personnel and other maintenance team members to support operational goals.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment repair.
• Ability to identify equipment problems and assist with troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to read basic technical instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work around industrial equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials or equipment as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with typical industrial noise and temperature variations.

Work Environment
This position is based in an industrial manufacturing facility and involves hands-on maintenance of production equipment. The technician will work with a maintenance team to support equipment reliability, workplace safety, and uninterrupted production.
