PURPOSE: Performs general maintenance to assigned facilities. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Three years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related field.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
â Must be able to work flexible hours.
â Familiar with ergonomic standards and applies standards when assembling furniture.
â Familiar with ADA standards.
â Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
â Must be able to effectively communicate with all employees, contractors and vendors.
â Self-starter and team player.
â Must be organized and provide deliverables in support of project plans.
â Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
â Ability to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks.
â Ability to work effectively under pressure and against strict time constraints.
â Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools.
â Must be able to travel to various work site locations on demand.
â Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, balance, crawl and reach for extended period of time.
â Must be comfortable and able to work on a ladder of 20 feet.
â Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.
â Advanced understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
â Must be customer service oriented.
â Ability to interpret blueprints, shop drawing, sketches and work orders.
â Ability to observe legal and defensive driving practices while operating a vehicle.
â Computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Windows.
Certificate/License: Valid Texas Drivers License and excellent driving record (must present DPS record if hired)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:30pm, traveling to various clinic locations in a company car as needed. Rotating On-Call.
