    We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for a well-established downtown Nashville apartment community in the Fifth Avenue District.     Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and oversee all buildings, grounds, and amenities
    • Complete service requests and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
    • Promptly respond to repair requests, including after-hours emergencies
    • Manage the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA standards, and Fair Housing regulations

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the multi-family industry
    • HVAC experience required; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) a plus
    • Proficiency in general apartment maintenance and repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems
    • Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
    • Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 50lbs
    • High School Diploma or GED
