Job Requirements

  • Highly technical Maintenance Technician with specialized experience supporting industrial printing press systems and automated card manufacturing equipment in high security production environments. Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, industrial automation, and elector-mechanical systems integration.
  • Strong working knowledge of facility infrastructure systems including HVAC, compressed air systems, power distribution, backup generators, and building automation controls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow safety guidelines
  • Control panel wiring, panel layout and component replacement 
  • Perform hands-on tasks
  • Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
  • Maintain clean and organized workspace
  • PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • VFD & Servo motor control systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Experience with Printing Press machines, a plus
  • Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and corrective action implementation
  • Routine maintenance checks
  • Ensure product meets customer specifications
  • Accurate record keeping and quality documentation - lockout/tagout (LOTO) and industrial safety compliance
  • Inspection of product
  • Set up and operation of machinery

Skilled Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting high-precision printing press equipment and credit card manufacturing machinery. Strong background in electrical engineering principles, mechanical systems, and automated production equipment. Adept at diagnosing faults, performing preventive maintenance, and minimizing downtime in fast paced manufacturing environments.

Proficient in electrical wiring, control panels, PLC systems, motors, sensors, and industrial automation components. Experienced in maintaining production line efficiency through equipment calibration, repairs, upgrades, and safety compliance. Knowledgeable in HVAC, plumbing, and general building operations, ensuring facility systems operate reliably and efficiently.

Recognized for strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety. Capable of working independently or as part of a cross-functional team to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
