    Job Type: Full-Time
    Shifts: A Shift & B Shift
    Position SummaryWe are currently hiring Maintenance Technicians to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, responding to breakdowns, and helping minimize production downtime while supporting safe and reliable operations.
    Available Shift SchedulesA Shift
    • Sunday–Tuesday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
    B Shift
    • Wednesday: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM
    • Thursday–Saturday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before failures occur.
    • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance needs.
    • Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment documentation.
    • Document completed maintenance work and parts used in maintenance records or CMMS.
    • Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all company safety requirements.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
    • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
    • Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
    • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
    • Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime when required.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Technical certificate or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, mechatronics, or a related field.
    • Experience with PLCs, automated equipment, and CMMS software.
