Maintenance Technician

Express is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Manufacturing Company in Mount Pleasant!

Do you have mechanical aptitude and basic electrical experience? Express is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This position offers opportunities on multiple shifts and plays a key role in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

SHIFT: Monday-Friday (1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, or 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am)

Job Duties of the Maintenance Technician:

• Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and basic electrical issues

• Replace defective machine components and perform preventative maintenance

• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation

• Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime

• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures

• Other duties as required

Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician:

• High school diploma or GED

• Attention to detail and safety

• Reliability

• Basic electrical knowledge including wiring, motors, control panels, and troubleshooting

• Experience with industrial machinery and mechanical systems

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

• Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
