Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the maintenance of company vehicles
Work with contractors to ensure the timely completion of projects
Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas: painting, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Asses and propose when to contact external contractors for repairs.
Landscaping and Snow Removal
Resolve and Complete work orders on time.
Must have your essential tools
Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete electronic work orders
Other building maintenance items as needed
Job Requirements
Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position required
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle for company business.
Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs, or other drainage problems and determine when a contractor is needed.
Basic electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building’s electricity
Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building
Groundskeeping for location that contains lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance
Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents in a pleasant manner
Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked
Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building
