    Maintenance Technician

    We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the reliability and performance of our production equipment and facility. This is a great opportunity for a beginning- to mid-career technician to grow their skills while working alongside an experienced, veteran maintenance professional.

    The ideal candidate has a solid mechanical foundation, basic electrical troubleshooting experience, and an interest in developing PLC and industrial controls skills. We value mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
    • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
    • Diagnose basic electrical issues involving motors, sensors, switches, relays, and controls.
    • Develop PLC and automation troubleshooting skills through hands-on training.
    • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
    • Complete preventative maintenance and maintain accurate records.
    • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.
    • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

    Qualifications:

    • 1–5 years of maintenance, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, or related experience preferred.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
    • Basic electrical knowledge; PLC/controls experience is a plus.
    • Ability to read basic electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
    • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
    • Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.
