Maintenance TechnicianJob Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for helping maintain the grounds, facilities, and amenities of the Condominium, ensuring that all common areas are maintained in a clean and aesthetically appealing condition by performing the following duties.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Others to be assigned:
- Completes daily work orders as scheduled
- Constant cleaning and disinfecting of all common areas.
- Performs general maintenance duties on a regularly scheduled basis of all common areas. (Example: Garbage pick up, Cleaning, pressure wash, paints or touch ups, checks lighting)
- Utilizes equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner
- Assists in maintaining equipment in good working condition
- Performs casual labor, such as lifting/moving heavy items as directed by supervisor properly
- Makes general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other minor community/building repairs as long as a permit is not required to complete the job
- Maintains records and other maintenance reports as directed by supervisor.
- Assists with hurricane preparation of property
- Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties
- Performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS! Must be able to communicate in English.
- Maintenance experience Minimum one (1) year
- Good verbal communication skills
- Great customer service and communication skills
Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
