Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment while minimizing downtime and supporting safe production operations.

Shift

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM

Optional

• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• 2nd Shift Differential: Additional $3/hr
• **Bonus $5000, **$2500 after 6 months, $2500 after 12 month

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Repair/replace motors, pumps, conveyors, sensors, gearboxes, and other components.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance calls.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist with equipment installations/upgrades.
• Use CMMS and follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Operate material-handling equipment such as scissor lifts.
• Support production, engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic computer and CMMS experience.
• PLC troubleshooting/automation experience preferred.
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.
