    Plasman is currently seeking a new member to join our Maintenance team as a(n):

    Maintenance Technician

    Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance functions and supporting the Maintenance team in all departmental activities.

    Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general equipment repairs to support production and quality standards

    • Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to downtime events

    • Complete preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications

    • Maintain facility infrastructure and perform building repairs as needed

    • Fabricate and build components or equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor

    • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives

    • Support management system audits by providing required documentation and participating in corrective actions as needed

    • Promote a team-oriented environment and maintain a clean, safe workspace

    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in equipment maintenance, including PLCs, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems

    • Technical education or certification in maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a related field preferred

    • Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts

    • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments

    • Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
